Yes, this is included in the price of your subscription and scheduled as part of your onboarding. You will be assigned a dedicated clinical success manager who will provide on-site initial training and be your go-to contact for ongoing support for integration of Reality DTx® into your clinic.

Equipment insurance is included in your monthly price if you’re on subscription. If your equipment fails, or becomes faulty we aim to replace it within 48 hours.

No. As this is regulated as a medical device Reality DTx® must be prescribed to an individual patient by a qualified and registered therapist or other applicable healthcare professional. However, we do list our clinic partners on our website in a directory for patients to see where the nearest clinic is to offer a prescribed program to them.

No. You must purchase a minimum of 2 devices initially. We require a minimum of 2 devices to enable ‘multi-user mode’ whereby the clinician can see what the patient sees in real time. 

Once you’ve got 2 devices. You can increase from there in any quantity you like, at any time.

For the best experience, the device should be connected to the internet. Rest assured though, every device comes with its own router and 4G/5G sim card and data plan so you’ll be able to just plug and play, and it’s all included in the monthly subscription.
